Worked great for identifying cold spots and doing a home energy audit without having to pay someone. I then got my walls insulated with blown in insulation and I was able to use this to verify the contractor's work and identified 3 spots they had missed and had them fill those spots.

Really high quality . I was pleasantly surprised at the durability of this tool. I don't know why but I was just thinking it was going to be flimsy. Not the case at all. Nice durable plastic like my multimeters AAA+++

Works great, camera quality is not that great, but it works. I may return in order to order a more resolution IR camera. I don't think I was able to see leaks using this device, it is more for a general purpose than to troubleshoot home issues. Data extraction is easy and simple.

I bought this on a whim and instantly regretted spending the money as soon as I bought this. But when it arrived and I began using it, I felt a lit better.I do a lot of 3d printing and there are plenty of ways to confirm temperatures that are far cheaper than this, but being able to see the temperature of a hotend and a heated bed in the same frame is just such an incredible luxury for me. I also love being able to check the temperatures of various closed spaces on the machine to see where airflow can be improved, not to mention checking the temps of components on a circuit board. Again, this camera performed this task with ease.Love it. Glad I bought it. Wish I had a case for it or a 3d scanner so that I could easily design one.

I first saw a TIC when I was a fire fighter. This is not as big as what I was used to. But it has a better image quality. I will keep playing with it, but was easily impressed

Update:I wanted to like the unit but I ended up returning it due to it's horrible performance and dumpster fire customer service. The camera stopped working and gave me inaccurate temperatures. The reason I purchased it is to monitor my tire temperatures on the race track and if the information is inaccurate, what the point of spending over $150 for a useless tool? I emailed customer service about my issue and they told me the unit was working fine and the 20 degrees variance was acceptable. I asked if I got a defective unit and if they were willing to replace the camera. They said no replacement was needed since the temperature readings were in spec. At that point, I decided to return the unit. Do not purchase this unit if you want inaccuracy.I needed a thermal camera to see temperatures on my tires while I am participating in HPDE. I've always wanted a different way of measuring the hear from the tires besides using a laser or a pyrometer. I am happy with the results of this thermal camera as it acutely tells me the temperatures on sections of tires. I love the LCD as it is bright and vivid. The battery life is excellent. I love how you can take pictures and store them. It is a great thermal camera and I am happy with my purchase.
