I actually could not use this drill. The charger did not work. I contacted Milwaukee and was told that they would not warranty anything bought off of Amazon or eBay. I had to actually return the items and now have to find them somewhere else.

These are some great drills. We did have one that had a problem with something in the motor. I sent it in to Milwaukee and they sent me a brand new one covered by warranty within a week.

Batteries will not charge at all. A local dealer informed me they can be replaced. Was very helpful.

El artÃculo que pedà en la descripción decÃa q tenÃa la función de martillo y el q me llegó a la ksa no tiene esa función me pasó una primera vez y lo volvà a intentar y me llegó de nuevo el mismo sin la función de martilllo entonces yo lo compro por Amazon para no tener q salir de la ksa y me llegó el mismo entonces ahora tengo q hacer la devolución q es pérdida de mi tiempo y dinero me siento muy enfadado

I’m a Technical I use this drill six(6) days a week, easy to carry, light weight and tremendous battery life. Not forgotten the hammer position on it, also very power. I recommend every Technician to own one of these Milwaukee 2697-22CT cordless drill.
