I live in California where we ride year-round. A cold day in our area is in the fifties. Chaps are useful for the rainy or foggy days, but I find chaps to be uncomfortable and cumbersome and a total pain when using the ladies room. I love these half chaps because they keep dry and warm my lower legs which catches the brunt of the cold or splashes from wet pavement. They are easy to put on and to remove if the day warms up. They take up less room in the saddle bag than traditional chaps. Lightweight leather. I sewed on a H-D patch. I ride a 22 SGS.

Great quality material and workmanship. However, these run very small. I have skinny calves and I could not get them zipped up over my bare calf, so I knew it wouldn’t work over blue jeans or riding pants. I’m going to order large.

Got these today and it took some effort to get them zipped up. Ordered a small/medium because, like the other reviewer, I know large would've been too big. Also, like the other reviewer (the ONLY other up to this point) I'm hoping they'll loosen up w wear. I will update this review after I've worn them a couple times. I can say already, that the trick is to pull them down toward your feet instead of up toward your thighs. They are nice. Very sharp and sleek. Real leather too.UPDATE: ok as you see from the picture, I rolled up some blankets and zipped the chaps around them. Had to be careful as not to bust the zipper (its sturdy and well made though). Anyway I left it this way for a couple days. During this time I periodically bent them, this way and that, to loosen them up. After a couple days I removed them and they were noticeably looser and I love the way they look. So glad I made this purchase. They are definitely not cheap looking and are very well made. I recommend this, no question.FINAL Update: As you can see I wear these when riding in shorts. Saves me from pipe burn and when I get where I'm going I take them off. Win, win!

These are flippin awesome. Great quality leather. Works out so much nicer than chaps when going to the bathroom ladies! Kept my legs warm and dry from wet pavement. Have already recommended to friends! Thanks for a great product ðŸ˜

Product quality was fine. Sizing is way off AND seller charges $5.98 return shipping. Don’t buy if you have a larger calf size ladies. Very disappointed.

Good quality leather. Not disappointed in the product. Was upset by how small they ran. I had already read reviews and bought a larger size, but I had to return those and buy even bigger. Then when I try them on, they are labeled wrong. Left is right and right is left. I’m hoping they stretch some with wear and will loosen up some.

After reading the reviews that they were made small, I ordered the 2XL/3Xl to fit a 15in calf. According to the chart it should have fit but no they are too tight to fit comfortability. I had to fight to get them at the right place and then the zipper would not go over my boots.....way way to small. BUT THE WORST IS THEY SHIPPED 2 different size, one leg is XL and the other leg is 2XL/3XL. I'm trying to return them but of course it's 3rd party shipping so not sure what will happen....AND it cost me $45 shipping to me as it shipped from the US. So $124.20 cost+ $44.99 shipping=$169.19 totalAfter waiting 4 days, I finally got the ok to return the item BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK TO THE US.... DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM IT WILL COST TWICE THE PRICE AT THE END. Very very disappointed.
