The unit only powers on intermittingly. have to remove and reinstall the battery to get it to power on. I did that to register it with my Milwaukee one app to see if it was previously used. I wasn't used, just defective out of the box. what was concerning, is the box looks like it had been opened previously. The plastic wrap was missing from the tool and the charger but intact on the batteries. Ive bought a lot of Milwaukee tools and know they come wrapped. This was sold as new and looks to have been a return. Trying to decide do I return it and hope they replace it with a new one that works or send it in for repairs to Milwaukee. I'd be careful buying from them with such steeply discounted prices.
