The styrofoam is very easy to use and to shape to your use. I used mine in pots that now firmly hold bouquets of artificial flowers. I’m very satisfied.

I do a lots of crochet flowers, I need foam blocks to make arrangements from them. I was happy for these blocks, but I thought, they were going to be more like a dense styrofoam style, but they are the wet-dry kind. They cut to shape easily, and they serve their purpose for me, but there are tiny little green morsels around my workspace whenever I cut them - they proved to be a little bit messy for me. Nevertheless, it is a decent quantity for a good price, I will keep buying them.

I got this foam to make a Christmas centerpiece. It worked perfectly for this. I was able to cut it easily to size and the branches slid in effortlessly. The reason for docking one star was that some of the foam had weird indentations in it, kind of like a handprint. Since my foam was in a container and covered with the branches you can't see it but it could effect someone if they receive it in the same condition and need it completely flat on all sides. I attached a picture of the centerpiece. You can't see the foam but it can give you an idea of how well it holds up.
