I have a small business and pack a lot of glass products, so decided to go with this unit for the price and that it can accommodate both the bubbles and the air pouches. Setup is super easy. I expected to have to mess around with this to get the correct settings, but in about 5min I had this running. I used the default settings that were provided with their sample bubble wrap and it worked like a charm! I am so happy with this purchase. There is no heat up time, it is literally, plug and play!

Dead simple to use. No electronic buttons to wear out, or plastic over to split and crack after a million finger pushes. BEST feature (in my opinion) is the ability to custom fill your air pillows- we need our pillows only 75% air fill to fit product in mailing boxes. Malleable enough to fit around, yet still protect during shipping. Nice touch in sending two starter pillow rolls. There are many types of pillows, air bubbles, sizes, etc, you can purchase out there to protect your product or simply space cushion in box during shipping. Changing the roll is simple. Had it running 2 minutes out-of-the-box. If your business needs less than 2.5mil pillows per year- this is good price point. Love it that I can do 3-5 at-a-time (single order), or do a run of 300+ . Only slight con would be the old style, cheaper transformer box. (They always keep power, so we unplug from the wall to stop the vampire on the electric bill.) If your business needs more volume production per year- then look into the horizontal machines. (3x+ more money) Vendor was good. Shipping good (Prime).

Hitting start should keep it making pillows until we hit stop. However ours stopped doing that almost right out of the box. Have to hold finger down on the start button to get it to keep making pillows.

Works right out of the box.2 minutes in and its running fast.I really wish it had speed dial but it only has speed.I also wish it would process rolls horizontal. It would make spooling and packaging produced pads easier.
