Very easy to use and great value. Charge seems to hold well; Image and sound are perfect for what I need. Can't ask for more at this price. The only inconvenience is that you have to manually re-set the time; but I was aware of it (I had the old model) and it doesn't really bother me

The device is small and light and easy to use.We use it when we take our dog on his twice-a-day hour long walks. It records the entire walk without a problem. It's so light, I even forget I have it on. Easy to plug into my Mac to see the video.Tech support was great. At first, it would not charge, but that turned out to just be a faulty usb-charging-block that came with the device. They offered to replace it for free, but I have dozens of those lying around, so it wasn't necessary.I would buy from this seller again because of the quality of the product and because of the support.
