I only gave it a four because getting the right amount of batter into this product can be difficult and it should be talked about in the description.I am an experienced baker and cook and it may take a couple of tries to get it right but once you get the right amount and you are patient it will deliver by size mini donuts great for coffee or snacks. Appearance of product is very nice. Be careful of the heat this product should not be used by children.

The operating instructions say, green light ready.There is no green light. It also says it’s a sandwich maker, it’s a mini donut maker. No cooking instructions as to how long to leave them in. It smokes when heating and it turned the white front black. I’m going to return it.
