No matter the time and temp, the waffles fall apart and don’t stay on the stick. Now I have to pay the postage to send it back

All I have is bake 3-5 minuets. Bake what, brownie mix? Cake mix? Muffin mix? I will probably return this if 3-5 minuets doesn’t work with one of theses.
