Used to open and close trap door on a pull behind spreader. Works great. The challenge was to match the opening size with this device. The door was a 1†travel and this actuator movement was 1.2â€. The other reviews noted the actuator would burn up if not allowed to fully travel. Took a while but came up with a scheme that worked. Very happy with the purchase.

Nice compact item that is powerful in both directions. The switch is cumbersome and is not a momentary switch as it should be for a linear actuator.

I used this Actuator to automatically engage and disengage the choke on my side by side with a gas Predator 420cc engine. I purchased the switch with it to make things really easy.

The actuator was small enough to mount underneath the air filter on a 22 HP stationary gas motor to operate the throttle control .The mounting brackets it came with made it simple to mount and when operated with a momentary switch it works 100% from 20 feet away.

perfect for what i needed. controlled via a 3-way toggle switch and powered with a 3s lipo. actuator can be stopped anywhere along the travel length.
