Chamfering Machine can Pour Shapes
1. The maximum processing C Angle of this equipment is C0.1-1.5
2. Angle R is the arc Angle of R1.5
Procedure for replacing a Blade
1. Loosen the two screws of the black gear plate
Remove two screws stuck to the baffle plate using the matching wrench
2. Unscrew the gear plate (as shown in the picture)
Remove baffle counterclockwise
3. Loosen the blade screws
Remove the blade screws using a quad wrench and replace the blade and tighten the screws.
Usage and maintenance tips
1. Before using the new machine, please inject pneumatic tool oil and inject about 4C.C into the air inlet. After continuous use for about 3 hours, about 4C.C is also injected into the air inlet.
2. After injecting pneumatic tool oil, let the machine idling for about ten seconds (do not operate), and let the internal parts of the grinder be lubricated as a whole before proceeding.
3. It is an air compressor (air pump) for mechanical use. The output of the air compressor is about 6~8kg. Generally, most of the compressed gas of a traditional air compressor contains water, and the piston of the air compressor brings out a small part of the lubricating oil. If the oil-water separator is not used, water and oil and gas will enter the inside of the machine for a long time. The occurrence of adhesion slows down the rotation of the machine, resulting in insufficient speed and torque. In this way, the pneumatic tool oil needs to be input into the air inlet, and the machine can be used normally after idling for about ten seconds.

First one I received was delivered with no inserts or tools as it was supposed to, but thankfully the seller stepped up and sent second one, it was completely intact! It works pretty good, but think 🤔 would be better if I made a small holder that held the tool upside down and use both hands to guide piece into the cutters of the tool!

For the price it is a great tool. The chamfer cut is super nice. I got a little less than 48†of nearly full depth chamfer on an A36 plate before rotating the cutters to a new edge. The cut became much slower and the force required to advance the cut increased noticeably around 30†into the job. The cutters are cheap, so cost doesn’t bother me. I would however gladly pay a premium for better cutters that increased the interval between rotations. About a 5 minute job to turn the cutters, and will go quicker next time. The torx wrench was JUNK and destroyed on the first use, but if you are buying this tool, I’m betting you have a drawer full or torx bits. First impression - really happy with my purchase.

While this tool chamfers just fine, the guide bearing falls apart after approximately 10 minuets of use which renders it useless until a new bearing is installed. the provided instructions identify the bearing as a 683ZZwhich is a 3mm x 7mm x 3 mm bearing but the tool delivered to me has a 3.937 mm bearing shaft so the specified bearing does not fit. In addition the instructions specify that an E clip retains the bearing on the shaft but mine utilizes a very small screw of unknown size and thread pitch.

Good tool but requires at least 90 psi and a lot of air flow. I think a smaller portable compressor would have difficulty keeping up with it. The 1/4 inch standard fitting is not very good quality but better quality ones are readily available. Uses standard triangular carbide cutters which are available from many sources and also the pilot ball bearing is a standard size and replacements are cheap. The chips it throws are very sharp so protective clothing and eyewear are highly recommended. I was expecting it to be loud but it wasn't bad at all. Supporting the air hose (such as throwing it over your shoulder) can make controlling the tool easier. Well worth the price.

Great little tool tried it and quite impressed. The air fitting is a what ever type screw so I welded a 1/4 inch pipe fitting on to it so I could put one of my quick release fittings on it besides that it works great.

Excellent tool for deburing/bevelling. I use it on Aluminium and it produces an excellent finish. Does require several passes for the smoothest finish. Ups the level of my products. Appears to be well made.

I used this product to chamfer for weld prep. The second time i used it, the cutting head came removed from the motor shaft internally. Never once stalled it out nor dropped the tool. Junk
