I was looking for mini tart pan to make egg tarts (dim sum dessert). This fit the bill rather well. They are also just the right size for French pastries, in case you are interested in that, too. The removable base makes separation of the tart so easy! And I need not worry about breaking the tart shell accidentally!! Love them.If you are asking about egg tarts, I find this better (bigger) than the 3in tart pans (which do not have the removable base).

Purchased the 4†round set of 6 for individual vegetable tartlets and they are great. Non-stick and the size is exactly what I wanted.

These came in just in time for Christmas preparations, thank god for Amazon and my last-minute impulsive decision making!! Couldn't figure out what i wanted to make for dessert and came up w mini pecan pies literally a few days before Christmas, so mini pie pans were ordered and delivered quick! They were small but worked great for my mini baking needs. The breakaway bottoms helped a great deal when my pecan pies caramelized and would've gotten stuck otherwise. The one thing i will say though, is that they are ridiculously SHARP! I have definitely been cut a few times handwashing these things, so word of **warning** please be extra CAREFUL !! Otherwise, they are a handy tool for single serving mini pies!!

These work fantastic for mini quiches, which is why I ordered them. With the removable bottom center, you can pop them out to cool more and once cooled, they slid right off the center piece. I can't wait to make cheesecake and tarts next!

These tiny tart pans are perfect for a variety of things - I have used them mainly for tartlets. They seem to be super nonstick, supported by a bit of oil or butter, and bake evenly. I love the removable bottoms, if you push up from the bottom the tart will pop right out easily, and the bottom never sticks to the pastry. I love that they are reusable, for the same price as a set of disposable tart pans, which means you get way more bang for your buck. My girlfriend says they are very easy to clean, though I can't attest to that myself. (I do the cooking, she does the dishes haha.) They're exactly what I was looking for, and I'd buy them again if I wanted to make more than 6 tarts at a time.

These small tart pans are a pleasure to work with. I have used them several times & whatever it was that I made, they came out of the shells perfectly. There was a time when I was in a hurry that I forgot to remove our pizza stone from the oven & not thinking I put them directly onto the stone. After the timer Ⲡwent off, & I looked down at my 🥧 tarts, I realized what I had done & knew that I had burned the bottoms & I was going to have to make them again. Well to my surprise not one of those tart's had a burnt bottom & they all came out 👌perfectly. After that, I ordered another set & I've been using them all for all of my favorite tart's. Hot, Warm & Cold, & every time they come out of the frame, perfectly. No matter the type of crust I made.

These make the cutest tarts! Non stick works great. Have only used them twice so cant speak to the longevity. Will update this if there are problems down the line. But so far they're great!

Definitely 100% quality bake pans - a set of THREE = Value for MoneyThe 3 pans are solid/heavish - no lightweight flimsy piece of aluminum.Being a light-colored tin, one doesn't have to worry about burning - regular recipe times should work fine.I bought for my 4.3L Air Fryer, but unfornately the 6 Inch pans are just too small. I need 7 Inch which is hard to find in "gold"For a standard oven-bake these babies will be absolutely perfect to make a 3Tier cake or if you have a smaller AirFryer.Can highly recommend for quality and design plus Value for money.
