This pan fits a standard one crust pre mad pastry shell the fluted edge came out just fine and made a nice presentation. The sides seem a little low my quite ran over a bit so be sure to use a rimmed cookie sheet under the pan when baking. The pan did not leak it just ran over the top when the eggs rose. The pan washes clean was easily I love it and it is an easy way to make an easy dish look fantastic

Because it was shipped inside a flexible plastic packaging, it had a dent/bend in the rim so the removable bottom didn't sit right. However, it is flexible enough that I could bend it back and was able to bake with it easily! Definitely makes me a little concerned for washing though.

I needed a couple of 9" tart pans. Found them on Amazon. I ordered them and they were here the next day. Such great service.

Exactly as advertised. It worked out great for my chocolate torte. I didn't have any problems with my shortbread crust sticking to the sides and I didn't grease/oil it either. The bottom pops out easily. It's easy to clean. I love it.

I've made quiche with this thing many times and have no complaints. It's totally non-stick (especially with shortcrust dough) and is easy to clean. I also like the slightly larger-than-standard size of 9.5 inches.

Es un buen molde, no se pega nada, la capacidad no es mucha si se piensa hacer un quiche o algún postre con mucho relleno pero para tartas con crema pastelera es una muy buena opción además de que se desmolda fácilmente.

If you are searching for classic, French pastry-worthy tart pans, look no further. They are produced by the reputable brand, Fox Run, and these tart pans live up to the name. They are extremely easy to clean (although, I did butter the pans before baking). One of my primary reasons for purchasing rectangular pans, rather than round, is the fact that it is easier to portion servings. The pans are solidly made, not light, and therefore I expect to get many years of use from them. I highly recommend this product. As a bonus, these pans were an add-on offered by Amazon, which made the pans extremely affordable.
