Sometimes I like to carry my GoPro around with me in case I see something worth filming. But I don't want it attached to my wrist or neck or hat or backpack. When I saw this, I was hopeful that it would be a good solution, and it is!It comes with a GoPro compatible attachment permanently attached, and also includes a wrist strap that can be attached to any of the tripod legs. So I now wear the GoPro around my wrist, keeping my hands free, and then when I see something to film I just grab the mini selfie-stick and start filming. It's great for vacations or sight seeing.The fact that it also extends and turns into a little tripod is just an added bonus for me. Overall, this is a great solution for carrying your GoPro for day to day use, and I'd highly recommend it.

Purchased because it said it was Aluminum but it is a cheap flee market plastic. Not happy at all.

This product is noticeably cheap, but it does get the job done when you just need something to hold your phone up.As a warning though, if your phone is a little hefty, it may tip the tripod. You'll either have to run it in portrait mode, or use some time balancing it. The phone bracket also does not support some phone cases, so you would either have to take the case off or thread a different clamp onto the tripod if you have one laying around.The telescoping distance of the pole isn't too great, but I don't expect too much when it is in such a small package.The handle also acts as the tripod legs as well which is really nice.
