I originally bought these to use as fruit baskets in my kitchen but they came with S hooks and not screws for wall. The product is, of course, not intended to be a fruit basket although many of the comments/reviewers used them as such. I ended up planting an herb garden on a chain link fence in my yard and love it. The S hooks worked great on the fence and are very sturdy (the portion that I mounted them on is actually a gate but the baskets are holding strong.) I bought 3 and have Basil, Oregano and Cilantro growing. Yum. I am still on the lookout for a fruit basket!

Love it! Very pretty. I use it to hang on a gate with impatiens planted in it. The only thing -- I never use the coco liner -- it takes up too much space. Instead, I fill the planter with Spanish moss. I can get more plants in it, including along the front. Will certainly buy it again.

This is absolutely perfect. I was looking for something small enough to hang on the vinyl siding in front of our front door. The space is small. This works perfect. It’s very sturdy and has an elegant look to it. Great price too.

Easy install but honestly don’t recommend using real ferns for these. The plants don’t like it much but perfect for a fake one

Inexpensive door hanging for plants. This is semi-circular and designed to attach to a door or wall. It came with the coconut matting and two "S" hooks for attaching to a bar, but you'll need a pair of wall hooks for mounting to a wall or door. The rear bar on the planter has two indents for centering any hooks and to keep it from sliding side-to-side. Total weight when loaded with potting soil and plants is about 7 pounds, so medium-weight mounting hooks will be needed. This is mounted on my front door, exposed to weather, and has stayed in place nicely even during high winds. The matting holds water well and so far no dirty streaks down the front of the door,

I know have 5 of these baskets on the walls at the back of my home. The first 3 have lasted for years even in our harsh salt air. The plantings give lots of color to the brick walls. I use brick hanging clips with no need to drill into the mortar.

I'm not sure how useful this will be since I am not using mine as a planter at all. I purchased it with the intention of discarding the coco liner, hanging it on the wall in my kitchen, and putting fruit in it. I picked this one because it was the only wall flush planter on Amazon that had criss-crossed bars so that the fruit wouldn't fall through. It is also a very nice price.The finish is glossy, which looks a little tacky, but I imagine will hold up very well outdoors. This did NOT come with screws to mount it, but it did come with two S hooks. On the back top bar that is flush with the wall there are two divots where the S hooks sit, but I just rested the divot into of the screws I put in the wall, which works fine for this application but isn't permanently secured. I can pull it right up and off the screws.Hope this information helps!

Great planters,they look great and have plenty of depth and space for plants and very easy to install. Also, great price,can't beat it!
