These shoes helped strengthen my feet. They offer minimal support, encouraging wearer to use their own foot muscles. It's like dancing barefoot. My feet are so much stronger than they were a year ago when I suffered a painful episode of plantar fasciitis. Wearing these shoes for 5 - 6 hours of line dancing per week were part of my healing process, as was walking barefoot & doing foot-strengthening exercises daily. They are machine washable (line dry). Tongue should be at least a half inch longer for utility & fashion. I can't seem to get exactly the right size, tho; they are either too short or "sloppy socks" long over my toes. It may be that the toe box needs to be slightly more curved. They run 1/2 to 1 size smaller that US sizing.

My first theater shoes purchase. I have feet and ankle issues so I wasnt sure i could wear these for my upcoming production but when the arrived and i tried them on i fell in love!!!!!! They fit so nicely i actually find myself wearing them around the house because they help my foot and ankle pain!!!!!! Im probably gonna have to buy a second pair to just keep one at theater and home! So comfortable!!!!!

i bought these for a wedding i had a long dress and i can not wear heels so needed something with freedom and comfort.to a certain extent they are comfortable and i loved thembut i wouldn't say they were value for money, they are pricey for what they are to be honest
