I received same day delivery. This bulb works as well as the higher priced reptile bulbs. Last as long or longer. Great heat for my blue tounge skink. She loves basking under it!

These bulbs are not safe within a month of use both bulbs exploded and caused a fire. Both bulbs were grounded in an approved fixture with a timer. Do not buy these bulbs.☢ï¸

With these bulbs you'll receive a warranty card that you can register online. It's hassle-free and easy to activate. Contacting them was simple. They sent me a replacement for my broken bulb the next day and it arrived about 4 days later.If this new bulb holds up for a reasonable time, I'll change this to a 5 star review. A fluke is understandable in production, and it was addressed accordingly.I was very pleased with the customer service and that they stand by their product and offer support. I am happy with my overall experience.Original review:I use a lot of bulbs. It's hard to pick out a good bulb. I decided to give the Mixjoy 160W one a shot. Unfortunately, it just died. The glass bulb was hanging by a wire to the base.I might just have to stick with Powersun. They are guaranteed for one year, making it well worth the price difference if this lamp only lasts 2 months before falling apart. 6 of these or one Powersun? Easy choice.

Finally a cheaper bulb that still packs a punch. As long as you get one that wasn’t tossed around from shipping it’s just as good as the $50-$86 dollar lights. Actually puts off what it says

This was my first time using these bulbs and I'm happy to say the first one died one day shy of 5 months. Two others are still working. This is the absolute best longevity I've ever seen in reptile bulbs.My Uromastyx hardly ever came out before I got these bulbs. With these bulbs I started to see him more often. Then, I insulated his tank and now he's out at least every 2 days.Yes, I'm buying more of these bulbs.

Packaging is amazing. Don't have to worry about these breaking during shipping. My Ackie monitor loves these bulbs. Heat output and UVB all in one bulb is fantastic. Oh and don't forget the warranty card inside the box!

This didn’t work when it arrived. But the manufacturer was really nice and tried to make it right by replacing it. I had already found another one locally though.
