This Mixpresso unit was defective straight out of the package! Followed directions exactly, as in the manual - and not a drop of coffee or moisture of any kind came out! All it did was vibrate. I double checked ALL operating criteria 3 times. Ruined 3 coffee Dulce Gusto pods, trying to get this to do something besides vibrate violently.So irritating!I had some unused Dolce Gusto Lungo pods & creamers that I c/n use, as my previous Dolce Gusto machine quit working. (After 2 years, so even THEIR units are unreliable.)Since I was going to be away from home and needed a machine for my existing Lungo pods, thought this would be the perfect solution.NOT!I am kicking myself for not trying it out at home before traveling- just to be sure it would work - but who expects a brand new out-of-the-box unit to malfunction! Right?So here I am @ my destination, plenty of coffee pods for plenty of tasty caffeine this a.m. ...and...TADA! Nothing! Not a drop.For anyone tempted to buy at this 'reasonable' price - DON'T - despite some good reviews (there are plenty negative ones on this unit, too...which I unfortunately did not pay attention to) it will be a Crap Shoot as to whether you receive a working unit!Apparently, this company...and WHO knows who that is(!!)...pamphlet does not say; apparently they have NO Quality Control Dept.And NOW - doubly irritating - I supposed Amz expects me to pkg the thing up and traipsing it over to a pick-up station for return. Probably have to wait on line there also.My return notification will be - Not Online- but rather call them directly - complain loudly- and ask for a gift card compensation for all the inconvenience - plus a full refund!

I can't use my 15 oz. coffee mugs under the spout. I need to use a 6 oz to 8 oz cup initially then I pour it into my larger coffee mug. What I like most about this product is the coffee capsules that are much better flavored than other brands. They have a unique product for this "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine and that is a milk product that comes in pods of their own and in the same flavored coffee box. They are flavored milk with sweetness powder products and they have a white covering where the coffee has a dark brown covering.

Not a huge fan of this. It’s kind of loud. A standard mug will fit but only if you remove the drip tray. If you forget to put that back you will come back to a mess all over your counter. I also ordered the cafe au lait pods with this as I had had them in Europe. The ones I received here were not nearly as tasty. I ordered a stainless reusable pod as well. It works ok but causes water to leak everywhere which seems to be a common problem with reusable pods for this machine. If you buy this one it seems you’re definitely subject to having to buy the no reusable pods. I’ve tried it for a few weeks now and not happy with it so sending back.On a positive if you don’t mind the hassle and have a very small space it is quite compact.

I had my previous Nescafe Dolce machine for years and it always made good tasting coffee until it finally died last month. I had just purchased 3 boxes of Dolce pods so needed to get something to use them in. This unit was cheap so I got it. The first thing I discovered was that my regular coffee mug wouldn't fit with the drip plate in place. So I removed that and then my mug STILL wouldn't fit. So next I cut off the piece of plastic at the base so if finally fit. Don't know why they made it so short in the first place.Anyway, overall the coffee it makes is good if you have a tiny enough cup.

This guy for the price makes great coffee if you have the pods. Lolve love. Not much space taken up either on counter top.

The machine never worked, at first it made loud sounds and shook, and then the machine got hot and left a burnt plastic smell in my kitchen. I was very afraid to use it or turn in on again. Be very careful with this product, sellers or those who want to buy this product.

No me gusto el producto, chorrea por los lados cada vez que trato de usarlo, cuando perfora la capsula ocurre eso y es cuando chorrea el producto, compre dos de estas y las tengo casi que tirar a la basura

No me gustó que no me cabe una taza grande por ejemplo es una medida muy pequeña … la primera vez que la traté de usar no pude,no supe cómo,creo que fallé en que no llene todo el recipiente completo de agua… vi que perforó la cápsula pero nunca saco el café,eh buscado videos y ninguna es igual a la mÃa 😠la mÃa solo trae un botón, solo y parpadea primero después hace mucho ruido y al final nada no sale el café algo hice mal 😞
