Had a hard time finding the right paper for my Geli Plate Art Prints - this is great quality and at a great price ! I can’t get enough of it. Wish they had some kind of bundle deal ! Hands down I will continue to purchase every other week - or more -

If I had to describe this paper, I would say it's a thick version of onion paper. The listing says mixed media paper, but there are a lot of applications where this doesn't work well. If you need your chosen medium to spread, this is good paper for you - calligraphy, water color, India inks, coffee painting, and the like. But if your art requires precision with a fine liner or markers, this might be frustrating for you. It doesn't like certain pencils at all either. It's also difficult to store because everything you make needs to be mounted. Slipping these pages into PP sheets is extremely frustrating. And the whole running it under water and wringing it out thing? We've had mixed results with that. If I was going to make a recommendation for this paper other than the ones above, I would say collage, papier mache, or decoupage. This paper mod podges very well. This paper has many applications. But not ALL applications.

I really love working with this paper. The texture and absorbance is perfect for messy watercolor or ink, looks fabulous for my fine art. I've also used this in decoupage and have been really satisfied with the rough look, how it tears, and the layering capabilities.
