Please follow a YouTube installation if Ãt’s your first time. The install was very easy. The sound quality is great. As it was my first time opening up the Mac, it was a quick repair.

It works! I am so glad that I learned this was an easy to do at home, because I had resigned to crackling speakers for years and needing to use a usb speaker for understandable audio. $15 is nothing for the solution that this was for me, I always thought I would just need a new computer one day! I followed a YouTube video and without issue did the replacement. They work, possibly a little quieter at max volume than the original, but I am so happy. I can’t speak for them yet long term, but I highly recommend you go about this fix yourself using this product.

I received these quickly and undamaged as replacement speakers for my MacPro 2015 laptop. The speaker is average quality and produces good sound. I did not expect it to be the same as the original, but it is close enough that I like them. The installation instructions were easy to follow and the reverse directions were needed. Take pictures as you go for your own knowledge, but they are not needed.The fit is that of OEM all the holes line up and all the screws seat back through into the board. I believe these speakers will last a couple years which is all I need.I have had these in almost a month and seen no issue with battery life, quality of play, or errors coming up.Great product.

These speakers are great! They are easy to install. No instructions were included, so I followed a YouTube video. It is helpful to have the tools included. The sound is as good as it was when the Mac was new.

I have a Early 2015 MacBook pro 13 inch. Both of the speakers were busted and these replacement were a cheap repair. The repair was super easy with the provided tools. The tools were good quality, and the speakers are decent quality for the price. I would recommend this.

So, I bought this because my MacBook Pro’s speakers were getting busted. So I decided to find replacements online and I don’t regret buying this one in particular. At first, I was afraid that I was gonna screw up the repair process, but I stayed VERY CAREFUL, and with enough perseverance and determination, I successfully repaired and replaced my speakers. I played some music on it and it works excellent!==Sound quality is amazing, I can hear my laptop from a room away.The size is the same as the OEM speakers and I couldn’t have seen no product worth enough money than this. It’s worth the money!Disclaimer: PLEASE, If you never watched a tutorial, please watch one. I didn’t mess up because I watched it, most of the negative reviews here are people that didn’t stay careful.Anyways, amazing replacement, A++++ and would DEFINITELY buy again if they somehow mess up.

At this price point, one might not want to get their hopes up.The speakers work, but the volume is roughly 60% when compared to the originals, frequency response parameters and tonal reproduction quality are also not very good compared to the originals.(Yes, speakers need a break-in period in order to loosen up, but trying to squeeze any more out of these speakers would be a waste of time, imo.(Disclosure: I've been doing deep-dive hardware repairs on virtually all Apple products for over 20 years and my recommendation would be that if you can source OEM speakers for your MacBook Pro 15" Retina, I'd suggest you go that route, should (far) better sound quality be your goal.Something else to consider . . . there are myriad inexpensive, small and quite portable, rechargeable bluetooth speakers that sound so much better than even the original speakers your MacBook Pro had fresh out of the box.

Replaced my blown out speakers on my MacBook Pro and it sounds great! Sound quality awesome! Now I can listen to music without using headphones and hearing rattling and cracking from my blown speakers that I changed out! Total repair took me 10-15 minutes. Thank you!

I bought this speaker replacement AFTER I watched a Youtube video showing how to replace the non-working left speaker on my Macbook Pro (A1398). I give this product 5 stars for sound quality and value. The 3 stars for installation is NOT an issue with this product....it is the fact that in order to remove the old speakers and replace with this new one, nearly all the internal components of the Macbook Pro need to be removed so it is at least an hour's worth of work or longer. But I am VERY happy so far with this product and can once again enjoy my Macbook Pro sound quality.
