Good filter but Walmart has the same at a better price. Just did not have it when needed.

I do my own oil changes. I'm fussy on the proper torques on the oil drain bolt and the filter itself.I measure out the proper amount of oil and I have only ever used Mobil 1 5W-30 synthetic oil; factory fill on many vehicles. Mobil 1 oil filter + Mobil 1 synthetic oil.... YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!I change my oil on my daily driver every 5000 miles or every 6 months.Of course, all this costs more... but well worth the "investment."

Excellent product with long life and good filtering. Should hold up for 8-10,000 miles.

I use it in my Lexus SC430. I change the filter once a year and use mobil1 Extended Performance High Mileage. I now put about 4k miles a year.I used to drive the car a lot. 5 years ago I ended up driving the car for 25k miles on the same filter and oil. The oil change reminder had frozen and I never noticed. I got a check engine light and when I checked the oil level, it was fine but the oil was very black. That's when I checked the oil change reminder and realized that it had been stuck at the same mileage (something happened to the computer). I changed the oil myself. It wasn't sludgy, it wasn't took thick either, but it was pitch black and heavy. I did another oil change 3k miles later, which turned out to be as dirty at a regular 10k oil. From then on, I went on my regular schedule which is 10k miles or one year. The car's been fine since.

All i can report is that have used these filters in conjunction with mobil 1 oil since i purchased my base model Tacoma in 2009 w/ 58k miles. I now have 230k on it. Runs great ..and no oil consumption.

After watching several in depth youtube oil filter tests, the Mobil 1 M1-102A Extended Performance Oil Filter scored the highest overall results for filtering and retaining flow over all the the competitors. The filter design has more evenly placed pleats (surface area) than the other name brands tested which surely helped surpass the competition.

Mobil 1 engine oil and filters are recognized for their excellent quality, by millions of experienced automobile drivers in the U,S. The only draw back related to my order was that it took almost forever to receive my order. I could have gone to the store near my home and purchase these two items the same day.Amazon is awesome, though.

Fairly good filter that's not readily available in Australia. We only get multi branded filters all sourced from China, even our own Ryco brand.

El artÃculo llegó antes de lo esperado. El filtro llegó bien y corresponde al modelo, marca y descripción.Este filtro de aceite sintético es excelente, de los mejores que hay en el mercado. Le doy 4 estrellas solo porque la caja original en la que viene el filtro estaba muy dañada, prácticamente destruida.
