I used this in my PT session for an issue I am having in my right foot and leg. The beauty of this balance board is how your toe is pressed down and allows your body and nerves to re-learn from that touch how to function with different wobbles. I love this board and plan to use it every day as I rebuild strength and functionality. It's a brilliant design and easy to set up and use!

This is a marvel. I have overlooked my feet in exercise and it just never came up in exercise instruction until recently. This is a wonderful board to wake up your feet and make them stronger. It also strengthens your legs and your balance. Think of this as a longevity tool because, if used regularly, will help prevent gait changes and decrease risks of fall. I’m not a professional. There are scads of videos accompanied by written instruction of their website. Try this (almost) effortless exercise!

This is a wonderful board. It is well made and easy to use. My PT uses it. It strengthens all sorts of muscles that you don’t even know existed. It helps with balance and mobility. It’s a great company to work with. I think they are made in Oregon.

This board and accompanying excercises have strengthened my feet and ankles. I have skinny little paddle like feet and am not getting any younger. At 54 years old, I aim to complete my first marathon this december.I'v done many half marathons , but my feet and ankles have been problematic in past, especially in the 14+ long run range, so I am giving this a try. So far I have been able to work up to 16 mile run relatively pain free from foot/ankle perspective.If you are having issues with week feet or ankles , I would not hesitate giving this a try a try. It seemed expensive, and probably is , but, I do not regret this purchase at all!!!Jay Dicharry, an expert author on mobility , stability , and agility designed so you can be assure its based science backed principles.I will update this review as I put in longer runs closer to race day, am hoping this will be my secret weapon to staying healthy and strong.

Great product and quality which works well. The issue is in changing the directions with the smaller boards. Really wish it was easier and faster.

Great quality board. My legs look fantastic and I’m running so much better. I first tried this in a sports medicine training class and I found it so challenging to do. It surprised me how challenging it was. I was having so much pain in my hips and in my foot arches from running and I was definitely getting burned out. This works and strengthens all those little muscles in your feet, legs, and hips that are always the first things to give runners problems that can lead to injury. And there’s some really helpful how to videos on the mobo website. If you’re on the fence, just get it. Your feet, legs, hips and lower back will thank you.

I’m a fitness advocate that has always struggled with combating flat feet. I’m very conscientious of it during my lifts, and always incorporate supportive exercises to build my strength in those areas, including the use of a half-cut foam roller to balance on. Let me tell you, this is by far the best piece of equipment I’ve used for such purposes. I spent 5 minutes on each foot doing a few basic motions and my arches, ankles, calfs, and glutes were on fire. Highly recommend for anyone trying to build these areas! I’ll be using this daily.

I love this board. I train 5 days a week,. One day I ruck, another 4x4 HIIT, and 3 days of weights. I read Peter Attias book and found out we need to work on our balance as we age and glad I found this board. My young daughter is training with me and helps with the ball toss exercise. I am excited to see if I can tell of any improvements in my running but I am enjoying training new parts of my legs. You definitely feel it after the first day. My only recommendation is that there be some sort of infographic poster of the exercises that I could hang up to reference.

I have had the Mobo board for a few weeks now. Following the exercises on Jay Dicharry's website for the Mobo board and on youtube, I find that I now have a greater connection between my big toe and my hip muscles, which helps me to activate my glutes when I'm running.

Beautiful wood, well constructed. Love the opening for the toes! Been very beneficial in keeping my ankles loose. Great for strengthening and toning ankles and calves. Great tool for many awesome core exercises!
