This thing works great. Soft enough to feel good when using it barefoot but sturdy enough to feel solid under your feet. Doesn’t slide and I feel like it’ll last forever. Perfect angle as well.

The squat wedge has been an essential tool in my home gym. I use it all the time for front squats, calf raises, lunges. The product itself is a durable foam. The ridges on the wedge definitely help with foot placement and grip. I use it on concrete and it stay put. Never had issue with it shifting while in use. I would definitely recommend this product.

This slant board is super durable, light weight and portable. Perfect for my Home Band Gym. Plus thesurface provides solid traction with zero concerns for slippage while being soft enough to keep bands safe. As a physical therapist, the 20 Degree angle is the perfect angle to help improve ankle mobility along with doing any type of knees over toes strength training exercises. Will definitely recommend this to all my fitness and rehab clients.

I bought this on a whim on Prime day and was so surprised at how awesome it is. Just a block of foam but it is sturdy, quality foam that stays put when in use. The difference it makes in the effectiveness of squats is incredible! I Love it!

I've been using this wedge for several high-bar barbell squatting sessions, and it feels great. Initially, it looked spongey, but it is indeed very firm and comfortable. Also, if you don like the serrations on the one side, flip it over - super comfortable barefoot.

Great way to target quads or even help those with poor ankle mobility. Was hesitant to spend $60+ when there are cheaper options but this one is really sturdy. I'm glad I bought it.
