I bought this to load a lot more stuff for our beach trip. It is super sturdy, well built, and strong. Instructions were good. The included, custom sized, waterproof bag was a bonus!

Bought it to move my daughter from Cape Cod to FL and that carrier held the weight and was super stable and no wiggle. The canvas cover is well made and no water got inside through the rainy weather. I’d definitely recommend it. The electrical installation was super easy. Curt hitch was installed at U-H@ul.

I received this cargo hauler the day before heading to the beach for vacation. So of course I was in a hurry to get this put together. The drawings and print on the assembly instructions are too small. Reading glasses did not help. If the instructions were easier to read, I think I could have finished assembly in half the time. The bag is large and covers much of the rear lights on my 2024 Nissan Armada. This made the included LED tail/brake lights a necessity in my opinion. According to my daughter, the lights show up very well both day and night. I estimate I had 250 lbs on the cargo carrier and it held up well during an 1100 mile trip. After completing assembly, . I am 100% satisfied with this cargo carrier.

Great product and easy to put together with the correct tools.Disappointed in the provided spring locks as they seem to be a little short. I would prefer to see a longer spring lock so the entire bolt could cross over to the other side of the rail hole.Also the provided Carabiner seems too small. When the cage is down for storage and the sides folded together I cannot get the carabiner to fit in to the 2 holes that secure the cage. So I am using a zip tie to hold them at this time.I called and emailed the company and there solution was for me to purchase new longer spring locks and a larger carabiner. Then I would have to send them the receipt for a reimbursement. Not the best way in my opinion to resolve a customers problem.

Maiden voyage was an 1100 mile trek on the hitch of a Subaru Crosstrek. Held up wonderfully!

I used it for camping equipment and daily storage of kitchen set up and storage bins. Loved having so much storage. Huge (in a good way).Was a pain to assemble. Really difficult to screw in bolts. Side walls don’t quite align properly so you have to ‘help’ them together. A little lopsided slanting to the left. One of the pins to hold sides down fell off on first used. Plastic clip on tie down strip broke on first use.Would still recommend at this price.Huge capacity. Rear door on my Yukon doesn’t open when cargo bag is full so access was difficult while on the road.

Doesn't matter how I try to set this up the holes dontxalign. Doing it the right way allows it to stay open but the holes are â…›" off in the upright not allowing this to go into the upright position.Bought end of October but never got to use it for a month and change due to emergency surgeries.Soooo... now I'm out over 500 bucks and havexa hunk of junk that I can only use in the open position which is crap when driving with it empty.Love rhe item but not the cuatomer service. Terrible company that wouldn't even reply or suggest a fix. They just took my money and gave me junk.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are better companies out there with much better customer service as well.So sad. Wanted this to workDid go together well tho 1 set of holes is just not exact, making it useless to me. Misaligned usually means installed improperly but that just isn't the case here.
