It is a shiny chrome. Looks nice and is sturdy. It comes with easy to install instructions; a piece of paper you tape to the wall and drill where you see the dots, remove paper and install.The center completely detaches so that you can put on a new roll. It is not hard to put the center rod back between the holders on either side.

Very nice toilet paper holder. It was extremely easy to install and feels very sturdy. I especially like that the rod doesn’t fall apart when you take it out to change the roll. The chrome plating is nice and shiny and hasn’t tarnished or dulled in the months that we’ve used it. The price ($12.99 at time of purchase) is a great deal on a genuine Moen fixture. Very pleased with this purchase.

Very high quality end pieces, have some heft, and chrome finish very good. Even had good instructions and mounting hardware.Have to take one star off for the cheap feeling tension tube to hold paper. Not only lightweight but spring feels weak.

I bought all of the Moen coordinates in this style for our bathroom remodel. They have a nice weight to them and the finish is a very high quality. This toilet paper holder fit perfectly, covering up the old holes so it was an easy upgrade. It takes the thicker rolls of toilet paper, yet it looks great in our tight, confined space. I usually say "Function over form" but with these Moen bathroom fixtures, I get both! Nice design, quality construction, and a beautiful finish!

Bright and shiney. Sits further away from the wall than my last one so I no longer have to use the extension roller provided by charmin for the huge sized rolls. Installation was easy and template and instructions were clear. I was able to use same holes as my last holder. Feels durable and wipes clean easily.

Like the product. Main issue - product shipped was missing a bracket for installation - they need to beef up their inspection prior to shipping to insure all parts are included. Have been waiting 10 days for arrival - resulting in delayed reno.
