I really like this soap dispenser! The matte black finish is exactly as advertised and looks beautiful on my countertop. I purchased this soap dispenser after a different one got stuck after a couple of months, and we couldn’t repair it. I’ve had this one for over a year, and it works just as well as it did on day one—no issues whatsoever.The installation was very easy and straightforward, which I really appreciated. While it’s a little pricier than other dispensers on Amazon, I believe it’s worth the investment given my past experience with off-brand products that failed. Plus, it comes with a lifetime warranty, which is a nice touch.

We added a soap dispenser where there had been a water filter because we added a whole house filter. The soap dispenser looks great and is very handy.

If your hole is a bit far from the sink, the spout might not be quite right for you. But besides that the color is good and the unit is sturdy.

It wasn't until during construction that I decided I needed a soap dispenser. My husband and I have differing views on where the bottle of Dawn should reside and so adding a soap dispenser to our new kitchen is a perfect way to have the soap at the sink, and pleasing to look at too. My contractor said he sometimes has trouble with the sensor soap dispensers, so I went with this standard Moen model, that also matches our new sink faucet. It was the same price on Amazon as Home Depot, only I got it much quicker and free shipping with Amazon Prime!I actually installed it myself as it was "not in scope" for the contractor. It was very easy to do! I think most anyone could do this themselves. Note I did not have to drill hole in counter -that was done for me. Also, you fill it from top, convenient!It looks good (matches everything) and works pretty good too. The only negative is that when I pump the soap sometimes it gets on counter as the soap doesn't shoot out very far from pump. Maybe this is due to the location of the hole, but it seems like a pretty standard location. I didn't deduct any stars because it really meets all my expectations and I just pump the soap directly onto my dishrag if I want to make sure I'm not getting soap on counter.

I was looking for this exactly: a soap dispenser with a round base in matte black. The straight nozzle keeps soap from shooting across the sink and the dispensed amount is easy to control. My only criticism is the installation directions—very poorly written, IMHO.

Great product! So easy to use and install and looks great. Have had no chips or problems with it. Nice way to keep clutter off of kitchen counter with a soap pump.

We ran a vinyl hose to a large jug of soap in the bottom of the cabinet and that works a treat. Works as advertised and looks great with our matching black Moen faucet. Not cheap, so it better last. So far so good but only a few months of use yet. I have my doubts for some reason that it will last but here's to hoping.
