Bath hardware can be so incredibly pricey for what you get. I was looking for a good price on brushed nickel finish and I had a few specific features that I wanted most and this set delivered. this also provided a nice functional design with some round and angular features that work well together.The tp holder with the lift up feature makes this much nicer to use over the the single sided design that can deliver too much paper when trying to tear it off. This design makes it just as easy to replace tp roll as on the single side design with added benefit of it not falling of the holder.This half circle design on the hand towel holder is nice because the towel can be folded in half and hung on the bar without it bunching up. it also stands out enough from the wall for the towel to hand freely.The easy to use template made installation easier and accurate, eliminating the need to redrill a hole that is just slightly off.

I will never own a standard roll holder again - this one has me spoiled! I love that you lift up the bar and just slide the roll on or off, then just lower the bar. It is super easy, holds all roll sizes, and looks beautiful. I was worried that repeated lifting of the bar would start to loosen the fittings, but it does to seem to have made any difference in the security the pieces that attach to the wall. Over all, study and functional!

I love the simple elegance of this line of Moen bathroom racks. They are all easy to install and look high-end.My FAVORITE aspect of the toilet paper holder is the pivoting rod for changing the roll. I honestly didn't think it would matter, what's wrong with the spring rod method? (Except when you don't get one end perfectly in one hole and the thing shoots across the bathroom and now the toilet paper you need is out of reach.) I have seen a whole new level of luxury living I didn't think was possible. When changing the roll simply turn the rod up, slip off the empty, slide on the fresh roll, turn the rod back down. That's it. Such an easy, uncomplicated fix to a problem you didn't know you had. I could never go back to those dark days of spring action toilet paper rods. In fact this may solve the age old "why can't you just change the toilet paper instead of setting it on top of the empty roll" argument. It's almost fun to change it now!

This thing has great fit and finish. It's made from heavy, solid metal that doesn't feel flimsy or hollow. Mounting was super easy with the included paper template (you will need a drill). It's a little wider than a standard roll of TP but oh well. This is so much better than the old style of spring loaded holder.

Very beautiful, solid, and easy to use. I only gave it 4 stars because it squeaks pretty bad when you unroll the toilet paper. I guess the squeaking is coming from the flip up section, because the rest of the holder is solid and mounted very firm against the wall.

My girlfriend would not put the toilet paper on the holder after she used up a previous roll. She would just set the roll on the sink where it was in the way and liable to get wet.This caused a great strain on our relationship. After nagging for months about the issue, and insinuating that she was a savage, I decided to change my approach. I asked her why she could not replace the roll. She said it was because the big rolls do not fit, they rub against the side of the sink, and also she does not like touching the dirty roller.So I bought this. I pummeled the old roll-holder off with a rubber mallet and installed this beautiful apparatus. The pivoting mechanism allows one to replace the roll by lifting up on the used cardboard tube, so she does not have to touch the "dirty" roller. It is also long enough so that the biggest rolls fit with room to spare.This product saved my relationship. Would recommend. Good communication is everything.

Very good quality. Trick to good install. Make sure that the template is nice and flat and stretched out. Then take a punch and punch holes in spots where screws are suppose to go before drilling pilot holes. Also, use blue painters tape to tape template to mounting surface before punching holes.

This is my second one I bought to replaced an older toilet paper spring holder with this brushed nickel pivoting one!It works great for the larger rolls like Costco and rolls off much better then the old one!Simple roll changing with no effort. It was easy to install as they give you a paper template that is easy to read and understand and wall plugs for mounting and tool for fastening.. Moen’s fit and finish that you come to expect from this company are excellent!
