I don't normally leave reviews, but hopefully this will answer similar questions I had when I ordered. First the color--fabulous! The picture on the screen looked more like a "safety green"/chartreuse. But it is a gorgeous rich kiwi green, not garish. I'm 5'4", 165 with broad shoulders and extra "padding" in the middle. I normally wear XL tops because of my shoulders. The coat is nice and hefty, falls at mid-thigh and the sleeves (seam) sits slightly below the shoulder. I tried it with a bulky sweater, and it fastened easily and comfortably, with room in the sleeves so that they weren't tight or uncomfortable (my only wish is that there was a snap closer to the side seam so that the waist isn't cinched. But, that is a VERY minor observation.) The removable fur trim is perfect, as is the removable hood. Some reviews complained that the hood was too large. It is oversized, but I find this a plus if you want total coverage to battle frigid, windy/rainy/snowy weather. The drawstring (on the hood) mitigates this issue easily. The dual zipper seems sturdy and operated smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised by the sewn-down flap at the top of the zipper, which protects it from exposure. The pockets are roomy, and the internal pocket is great. This size was a perfect choice for me in that it is a well made, warm coat which still looks stylish. The cuffs in the sleeve ensure protection from the wind. If you don't like cuffs extending below the sleeve, simply tuck them under. I recommend ordering in your normal size, unless you want something that looks more "parka-ish" and bulky.

This beautiful coat just arrived! I think I am in love with it. The fit is just perfect and accurate. The color (Navy Blue) is truly as shown. I wore it outside today in the bitter cold we are now enduring and it kept me nice and warm. It's very well made with an excellent zipper and 6 snap closer as well as snap pockets to hold your gloves. I like the 'extra' pocket on the inside, too. The hood, though a bit large, provides extra room if you want to wear an extra hat. It's great that you can also remove the hood and furry collar if you wish.The only negative is that the outer fabric is quite a hairy fur magnet which promptly attracted all the hair in the room from my furry, hairy Golden Retriever! Maybe I'll get a 'tan colored' one next time!

I’m very happy with this coat. Because the fleece lining takes up some room, I wish I had ordered a size larger. I’ve worn it several times in my MA home where the temperatures get quite cold and it has kept me warm.Pros: Well made. Dark purple color is as shown. Lining is warm & thick. The hood covers my head and ears adequately. Good sturdy, strong zipper. Besides the zipper, I love that it also has snaps. Length is below my buttocks.Cons: Pockets are too small for my liking. Zipper is for left-handed users. I am right-handed.

Thick and should keep you warm. Overall well constructed. Bulky and heavy and the fit while comfy and has space for layers is not flattering. The side waistband actually makes it less flattering when fastened and there’s nowhere to tuck in the side waistbands if you don’t want to fasten them. Hood is ridiculously huge and adds to overall bulk, thankfully it’s detachable. Zipper looks cheap and not very durable but I didn’t have issues with zipping and unzipping like some of the other reviewers. Length was mid thigh which I like. No inner pocket. Inner elastic cuff at wrists gives additional insulation from wind.

Expected it to feel cheap, but warm based on reviews and price, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the coat has a luxurious rich, fresh/green kiwi color, the faux fur is jet black and has a shine like healthy mink, and the inside is fleece, like a warm cup of cocoa. It runs big. I usually wear an XL and so I thought to be on the safe side, but this is very roomy and gives you no body shape, however, I bought it to help me stay warm at the dog park after work on winter nights, and honestly, this is so comfy and soft, yet sturdy and high quality, I can't say enough. I'm very hard to please. I'm a bit of a Karen. You can trust my word, if you need a coat that is good quality for an amazing price that will stand up against very cold, sleety weather, this is an amazing buy. Very very happy.! ( Runs big though)

Good coat - very warm. Hood is nicely adjustable with string ties. Cuffs are great - a knit, stretchy material. Double zipper can also open along the bottom for extra ventilation. Good length - not too long to be bulky but covers the hips and tops of legs. Seems nicely water resistant- worn so far in a serious misting rain and was kept dry. The fleece lining is very soft and comfortable.

It's very warm but not too warm .. it's not too bulky either- very nice length, and the double zipper feature is really nice, to keep it cinched at the waist but open otherwise, so it doesn't get too much indoors. I got the burgundy and it's very flattering. Plus there's lots of inside pockets. I am glad i got this and think about getting another in black

Comfy, warm, well-made. Covers your fanny when you're standing up. But when you sit, the coat hikes up and doesn't cover fanny at all. Defeated the purpose for which I needed it for sitting on bleachers in the cold. It is waterproof. Side slit pockets would have been nice. XL fits my 5'8" 180 lb frame except for the length.

Other than the sleeves being 4 inches too long (that seems to be a ME problem in life, tho), this jacket fits well, and actually has enough room around my hips and lower abdomen to not feel tight.I tried about 8 different jackets (different brands) and sent them back for sizing being off, for there being "too much stuff" driving me crazy around my neck and face, and for being tight around the hips/lower abdomen.A MUST HAVE for me is removeable hood, can't stand having that on, and this one goes on and off easily with a zipper, and the fur around the hood is also removeable.Cuffs inside the sleeves, fur lining on the top, with a smooth lining on the bottom half which I love - doesn't catch your longer shirts, allows the jacket to move over the shirt a bit better.Snaps on the pockets, elastic at the back of the waist helps keeps the wind out. Finally a jacket that doesn't look like a puffy Missy Elliot in a music video.The only thing missing are side pockets to put your hands in - I very much miss that,but would still recommend the jacket.It is higher quality all around than I was expecting, and although I hate having to be wearing bulky winter stuff, it is pretty comfortable.

This coat is just what I was looking for, lighter windproof and waterproof outer shell, covers the behind which is a must for me. Has a faux fur lining thats soft and warm a zipper and snap closure that will keep the wind out as opposed to just a zipper. Inside pocket for your phone and 2 outer pockets. The khaki colour is nice and it's quite stylish. I like that it's lightweight warmth and quality is good for a $100 coat. NOTE: I recommend that you order one size up l usually wear a large in a winter coat to allow room for sweaters underneath if needed. I got an XL in this one and I'm really glad I did because it fits small.
