I wanted a deeper madeleine pan and this is perfect. I prefer to make individual desserts since I have a small family and does the trick. Especially good for chewy brownies.Like all madeleine pans it takes a little extra work cleaning with the grooves.The pan is sturdy and so far so good. I would recommend ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

Great molded pans! I bought two of these and they work great when I'm using my Madeleine batter. No sticking to the pan and the shape holds well!
