This product is very easy to use. Once I tested, I took good, clear photos and sent to Mike Y who was very easy to work with. His response time was very quick, and while there was mold, he reassured me several times that it may not bad as what I thought it was. The reports are very easy to read and give helpful information about what to do, as well as potential symptoms for each type of mold. Would recommend this company and their product to all who are curious. The value for the money is well worth it, as well as peace of mind!

It was very easy to use, not confusing. The instructions were very clear. My only concern was that it took north of 96 hours to detect the mold instead of the 48 hours that they recommend. Either way, it works and works well. I hope this can help other people who suspect mold in their quarters!

This mold test was ordered based on an office that I was supposed to move into at work. The smell from the office prompted my purchase of this DIY kit. The instructions were easy to follow with all that I needed to get results. I was in contact with the company throughout this process. The response time was quick and the end reports were professional. The accuracy and value for your money is well worth the purchase price of this kit along with the team that stands behind it. I HIGHY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT for at home use or in my case, a business setting!

The test worked great only issue was 2 of the test had condensation in them so instead of 5 test I only had 3.

I purchased these test kits to identify if mold was present inside of a structure where we spend quite a bit of time. Without saying too much about the structure, I will say there is a leaky roof and areas where water has come down from above along the interior walls. One of my major concerns was of course stachybotrys. When the test kit arrived, the directions inside were easy to understand/follow and also included color photos for mold ID purposes. After following the instructions and waiting period (which includes swabs for testing or air sample testing), I checked back on the samples and well my jaw sort of dropped, the results were something to see. The test kits definitely worked, and while I'm not thrilled to find the presence of mold exists (although I have found most indoor environments have mold) I was absolutely satisfied with the product and also the customer service. I emailed HearCozy and asked if they would be able to review photos of the test kits and help me with identifying the mold types. They provided a quick response and said they would take a look and send me a report. I was quite impressed with the report and the detail it included. This is quite rare nowadays and certainly most companies would make you pay extra for this - but not HearCozy. If you have concerns about mold and are looking for a great starting point and test kit to determine what type is present, I would highly recommend using this product.

This is a very simple and inexpensive test to determine various types of mold present in your home air and on your furniture. They do have a service to ID the mold as well. The picture attached shows a kitchen exposure. The exposure was for one hour and the mold spores grew over a four day period.
