These are a perfect & clean way to connect a remote power wire on an amplifier or if you need to connect something to have power when your key is turned on in a classic VW. I used one of these for the remote power wire for my amplifier. No need to use a T-Tap connector and worry about possibly ruining the wires on your car.

This works pretty much as expected. I do think it slides to easily onto the male end you are trying to split so you will probably need to use some pliers to synch the female end to prevent it from sliding off. Still feels good and would purchase again.

I didn't use these quite as intended. I snipped off the male connector from the side and used these as extension legs when I replaced a bimetallic flasher with a slightly larger electronic flasher, to avoid hyper flash when replacing turn signal incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs. The slightly larger electronic flasher didn't quite fit into the flasher well in the fuse block. Using these modified adapters placed the new electronic flasher slightly above the flasher well. The connections are tight and the turn signals have been working perfectly for two months.

Got these to be able to parallel some batteries to increase the amp hours. Works great for being able to plug auxiliary items into to power LED flood lights on the Ranger.
