Attached this to my beautiful rain drain chain & trimmed the edge of the adapter with tin snips to fit my gutter—works perfectly & looks good!

This is a big hole for the rain, so we have a strong waterfall at times, but this really completes the look for a copper rain chain, especially the solid chains. Recommended.

We initially installed our rain chain by dropping the triangular bracket that came with the chain into the gutter at the downspout opening and hanging the chain from it. In the first heavy rain, this pulled right out and dumped the rain chain on the ground! The gutter adapter is a much better option and it looks great!

Bought this one for a friend. We have 6 of them supporting rain chains across the front of the porch. They have been in place almost 10 years and we never have had a problem nor do we expect one. Quality product. Must be installed according to directions but that is easily done.

I purchased this to allow our eaves to drain easier into the rain chain. When getting new eavestrough installed the tradesman advised to put a plastic bottom on the brass adapter to keep it from contact of the aluminum eavestrough. This was to prevent the brass from corroding the aluminum called galvanic corrosion. Suggest you consider this prior to installing on your own eavestroughs.

It is come with one copper panel for the gutter hole and it is perfect for the rain chain.
