On-Screen Reporting
Keep track of the count through the DT800 Large 3.5” TFT display and user-friendly interface.
- You can pull out a report showing (1) Breakdown of Quantity and Total Value, (2) Serial Number Report, (3) Multi-Currency Count Report, and (4) Error Report.
- Print and pull out a detailed receipt after each count by pressing the OK button (compatible with DT50P Printer).
- Connect with an external LED display to show clients the amount counted and for CCTV reference (check out the bundle with the external screen sold separately)
- NEW: Connect a USB Flash Drive to extract a detailed report of the count (including Serial Number) on a CSV file. Software update upon demand, please reach out to our support team.

I purchased this money counter back in Apr of 2022. It has worked great until just recently. I came into the office and had a large amount of cash to count and my money counter had no power. So after trying the recomendations of changing the power cord and fuse it still would not power up. So I contacted the company about help with my issue. I contacted via amazon and was so surprised at the quick response. DETECK was able to repair my counter. I did send it to them and only lost about 5 days without the machine. They not only fixed the issue but cleaned and tuned it up for a VERY minimal cost. We are so happy with this machine as it is super easy to use, has all the features we need and the best part is the amazing customer service. Thanks to David at DETECK for the great service. He even followed up to see if it was operating right even before the machine arrived back to me.

I wish this product had a handle to when we need to move it around, also would have been great if it had number buttons so when to choose the batch count, for example if I want to do a 200 count batch, I need to press the default 100 button then press the up button 100 times to get to 200!Aside from that, it’s a great product, works phenomenal!

I’ve had a few money counters, they’re all faster than hand counting, but some are much faster. This is my second machine for my other business because the first has saved so much time.No sorting needed, put the money in and it just counts and adds it all up! Doesn’t slow or stop for a reject bill, just shoots it out and keeps going.Accuracy is great, we always run our money twice out of habit, but it’s only been off like 1 time out of 500 runs…If you have to count a lot of money on the daily, this is the best time saving machine there is! It’s actually faster than the one at the bank!

i purchased a Detek money counter. Great time saver but not cheap. very early in the machine had a glitch that i could not figure out. Customer service reached out after my inquiry and did some trouble shooting with the machine and gave expert advice. Ultimately i needed to have it sent back for factory service. They turned it around rapid fire and it runs amazingly well. Then we’ll over a year with and a lot of use ( and possibly abuse) i again needed help with a repair. It was well out of warranty but they treated me like it was brand new. I sent it in for service and they repaired it, shined it up and had it running tip top and they did not gouge me on the price. They were more than fair , more than fast. Thank you guys !!! I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the company.

We had some bills rejected by a bank and decided to run cash through a machine to inspect, count, reject problem bills and then band them up. This machine was perfect. It rejected *some* $50 bills we had which caused some concern. I opened a support ticket and was provided updated firmware and excellent upgrade instructions which resolved my issue. Very happy with the unit and the support. I received an actual phone call following opening a ticket on whatsap. Amazing.

This machine definitely beats a regular bill counter and is worth the money. Saves me a lot of time counting and sorting!

Tiene buena seguridad (9 métodos diferentes) pero falla al contar, con moneda mexicana (MXN) falla mucho al contar los billetes nuevos de $100.00, cuenta de menos, metà varias veces el mismo fajo de 100 billetes y me daba una cuenta diferente cada vez (entre 96 y 100), traté de ajustar la perilla pero seguÃa fallanta 1 en cada 3 cuentas, no sucedió con ninguna otra denominación, sin embargo otro problema diferente se presentó con los billetes viejos de $50.00 MXN se atoran constantemente, el producto es muy costoso para ser tan poco confiable.
