I purchased this item to use to carry my pets back and forth to the vet when needed. It is fantastic product. It came just as it was described, and it was so easy to put together. It is much sturdier and more substantial than ones I have used in the past. It is light weight especially for the size, it is large enough to transport two cats at a time. If you have small animals, this carrier is a must.

This carrier is just the right size for 13-16 pound cats! We had one that fit a 10 pound cat which is just fine for the gurls. But I was trying to get each of them to the vet. Thanks to this carrier I'm able to get them seen. And it's easy to assemble and disassemble. Unfortunately it never occurred to me that any carrier was made so the door only opened one way but that's not too big a deal. I will check in the future because it's not that hard to make it flip over.

I like the look and size of this carrier. I like that it has the top door. I fit two large rabbits in here no problem. The main drawback is that it doesn't seem like it will hold up if you have an animal inside and just use the top handle to carry it. The top door is secured with two small and plastic tabs. I wish there was a strap to carry this because the handle setup seems weak.

These pet carriers are exactly as pictured in the listing.My wife and I were moving cross country with four cats, so I bought four and they are PERFECT.They're sturdy, come with fours screws to add on each corner to add more strength and durability to the carrier... So I never worry about them breaking or warping. And I LOVE the top entry option, too.10/10 would recommend.

I've never seen a carrier this small before. Only good for kitten or teacup sized dog.

We bought three of these carriers for our three cats and are pleased with them. They're well-made and easy to assemble. One of our cats is pretty fluffy (15 lbs) and she'll fit and the carrier will hold her. Although we just bought them and haven't really used them, we believe they'll fit our needs.

So I love the creat itself. It's sturdy easy to assemble, clean. My problem was getting it. I pay for prime and when I ordered it I was supposed to receive it next day but that DIDN'T HAPPEN. I received email it would be following day but following day came and nothing but I just got my grandbaby a kitten and I really needed create so I contacted Amazon and it was a hassle I had another order that was a 2 day delivery and was late so Amazon finally said they'd refund me and when I got orders I could keep them. BUT refunds didn't come neither did orders so I contacted Amazon again and was told there was a delay in shipping but they'd refund me for both and I could keep my orders. So I wait and finally medication I ordered for kittens eyes came but no refund. STILL WAITING for create and refunds I contact Amazon again they finally refund my money for create and put in for a replacement and said when I get second one just send back....I still haven't received 2nd one and I'm concerned they're going to try and charge my card again. It's been ridiculous
