This is a fanastic monopod and it delivers everything it promises. I had used it multiple times for filming and pictures but recently, while on a shoot I messed up my knee something awful. Wondering what to do, I remembered that there was a cane handle attachment in the bag that I had almost tossed at various times. "What will I ever use that for?" I thought. Well, now it was a life saver. And it was so sturdy. I'm not a small guy and this monopod converted to a cane that was durable and took my weight. So glad I bought this.

I stumbled upon this monopod while looking for materials for a monopod cane. I have Parkinson's disease, which makes both walking and taking photos challenging. Removing the cane handle from the monopod would defeat the purpose of having the cane feature. Instead, I tapped a 1/4 by 20 hole in the cane head and mounted the tripod ball head directly on the handle. This way, when I need the monopod, I simply extend the monopod and use the quick - feature of the tripod head to attach the camera. The monopod is lightweight enough to use comfortably as a cane even with the head attached. It locks and unlocks easily and securely. I used a Newer tripod head and removed the included lever to make it more compact. This makes taking photos much easier for me and I have a non-visual point of reference for my balance, which for me is critical.

The quality is good. The value for the price is excellent. It is lightweight and short. I used it as a monopod, not a walking stick. The twist, compression locks on each section are secure and worked fine. Two sizes of connection threads make it universal and I was pleased overall. I don’t give it five stars because it has multiple twist locks which are slow to set up. I prefer my Manfroto which isn’t as compact when closed, but far faster to set up and therefore better for my style of photography.

It does what it's supposed to do, nothing to get too excited about. Tripod screw has two sizes, one on either end and it works fine. It does take a while to use the tripod screw. I may later add a quick release plate. They also give you a smart phone mount which I wasn't aware would be included. it is totally worthless, but since I didn't expect it, It's nothing to get upset about. The friction rings have a thin bright red aluminum band which may not be good for wildlife, but you could just paint over the red or use some tape to cover them.Light weight, well made and looks and feels like decent construction. In my opinion a little overpriced, but thats subjective.

I absolutely love the stability of this monopod. I photograph outdoor sports, which is pretty hard on equipment. After 10 years, old faithful gave out and I needed a new one. This monopod is a great purchase and I am looking on their site for more items.BUT - I screwed the monopod to the bottom of my larger lens and it is in their good. When I unscrewed the monopod, the screw stayed in. Can't get it out except with tools. What did I do wrong?

Easy to assemble and keep locked in. Seems a bit flimsy and have issues attaching camera to the mount. Use it often despite the small issues

First, Amazon fulfilled this order and is a repackaged product that is missing parts. Thankfully, Manbily is making it good by sending me the missing parts. The monopod itself is well made, sturdy and lightweight. It fits into a backpack for easy transportation when not needed or storage. I highly recommend Manbily products.

What a brilliant idea, you have a stable tripod, a walking stick and a cane if needed all in one peice of gear. It's very light with the carbon Fibre, but solidly built. It comes with a phone mount, but its really just a waste. The sections move smoothly and the locking rings are easy to usingI had to modify it a bit to fit my needs. I figured if you were out walking with the walking stick aspect and wanted to stop and take some pictures, instead of unscrewing the handle then screwing your camera on, then taking your pictures, then having to redo everything back I bought a quick release setup with another top section.I mounted the base plate on the top and one top mount to my camera. The one for the handle was a but tricky because the bolt holes in the handle are 3/8" and the quick release is 1/4" so I bought some m/f 3/8" to 1/4" adapters.I then screwed them in using just a bit of blue lock tight just so they don't work their way out. If I ever need to use the cane version I just need to unscrew the quick release and screw into the other hole. For me it's a win win situation

If you're anything like me, you have probably bought many different tripods/monopods or other camera mounts in an effort to cover off your uses. I had been looking for a lightweight monopod that would work for camcorder or camera, that could collapse into a small space. Extensions should lock well with a ring rather than lever that sticks out. I'd bought and tried a few options and finally this one came up in a search, what a find... ultra lightweight and fits in a rucksack next to my laptop, the locking rings are a pleasure and the whole setup is really sturdy. It was dead easy to use and really helped get some great shots. Love it!

Absolute Empfehlung!
