I've been using the UURig A0009 for a couple of years and really like it. It fits nicely in the hand and doesn't feel cheap. As a tripod it's sturdy and the rubber feet have a good flat grip. The photos only show the legs fully spread apart but you can also spread them as narrow as you want and lock them into place. This has come in handy a surprising number of times when I was filming in tight spaces, and it remains just as stable (when using small cameras such as a GoPro, of course. I probably wouldn't advise the narrow stance with a large, heavy camera). The extension length makes it very versatile and it can be used in place of a large, bulkier tripod. Add a ball head attachment and this thing will cover a wide range of shooting situations while being able to fit in a pocket when you're done. Definitely recommended.

I use it for my insta 360 x3. Perfect for it as a selfie, and indoor tripod. 100% invisible for my 360 footage ans an selfie stick. Easy mechanics. Super long when I need it. Solid but not too heavy. I’m fairly strong, but and have no trouble using it as a selfie stick for a prolonged time, but I can see others’ hands possibly getting fatigued. This is my go to piece of gear for restaurants, anything selfie stick, and my 360 craziness.

I think it's practical and lightweight and seems sturdy ... A bit wobbly but it's because it's small but very useful

The selfie stick is a little less than half the circumference of a water bottle but it does have height when extended.
