Love this bill planner. You can track your bills and expenses for 4 years with this planner and that’s awesome for the low price. Highly recommend!

Staring Balance? Wouldn’t that be starting balance ? Besides that misspelling, looks like it’s a great way to record bill payments.

I like the notes section on each line for bills as I can write the confirmation number there and bill pay books I’ve had doesn’t have that. Also the detail of Amt due, Amt paid and unpaid balance.

This planner has space for essential information, such as the names of banks with which I deal, routing number, debit card number, passwords, pins, etc. I have more than one checking account. There is room for both. There are plenty of spaces to write in Certificates of Deposit. I use a section called "Notes" to indicate interest rate and maturity date. Following that section there are two pages for each of 48 months to summarize monthly income, savings, and debts. I can write in monthly goals. That is where I specify how much I want to save, how much I will give to charity, and when certain bills that only come quarterly will go. On the opposing page, I can write in up to 20 monthly bills. What I like about this part is that when something is delayed or lost in the mail, I can check the date I usually pay it and call the creditor if necessary to avoid late fees. A summary at the bottom of the page is similar to a bank statement. I can summarize my opening balance, total income, total expenses, the difference, total savings, and balance forward. Then I analyze the biggest spending area and my smallest spending area. There are two sets of pages on which to write a summary of the year's expenses and income. At the back is a debt payment tracker for mortgages, car loans, credit card debt, etc. There are also some blank pages (lined with dots) for any notes I wish to make. Not only do I use this, but I am going to give one to my nephews who are graduating from high school.

This book os completely functional, easy to use and makes a world of difference in the bill paying effort. Excellent organizational tool, good size for writing in, the page design is easy to follow and use and the binding makes it easy to work with. Highly recommend for those who need to keep track like me in a visual representation.
