Does exactly what I bought it for to hold onto my paddle. The quality of the item is thick and sturdy. It should last me a couple of season on the water. I would buy it again.

nice lightweight leash that I use to secure my paddle to my SUP when taking a break, taking photos, etc. The clip on the board end is too large to attach to the recessed hook on my board so I had to tie a small rope on to give it a place to attach.

This was my third attempt at trying to find an acceptable rod leash at an affordable price. Others were clumsy to adjust and bulky on the reel and rod. This is exactly what I was looking for. Simple narrow Velcro loop that is thing, a nice leash with a car whiner attachment. The quality actually surprised me. Highly recommend.

Out of pair, one had stitching barely holding tether loop together. What will happen with repeated streching, plus sun and salt water on the other three? I don't have confidence tether will hold together when most needed. Returning.

This product is very cheap. I may use it when standing in my kayak while fishing, but I don't trust the strength. The carabiner is a joke.
