I like the size, and I could make many mooncakes with many different patterns which I love, the sturdiness is good, and is very functional after learning how to replace the different indenting faces it was easier to clean. It would be ideal to buy many if you’re making hundreds and possibly ones made of metal. The baking capacity is the right size for me though.

Easy to use after you figure out how to change our the design plates. A slight twist of the handle does the trick, but no manual, or instruction. Glad I didn't ruin it with my prying with a butter knife! I love all of the designs and easily releases the moon cake.

We got this cookie press to make Chinese Five Spice Cookies for Christmas. It’s easy to use once you learn the technique. Best used up with a cookie scoop. We learned how to use it by watching customer videos on Amazon because it does not come with instructions.

These are made for food processing but I can not review them based on that. I purchased them to press out shower steamers. It was not useful for pressing steamers. The mechanics just are not solid/strong enough for doing so. Made from a light weight plastic.
