I’ve been stressed out for a year because my window switch has been broken. Worried about having to buy the whole thing and how to do it myself. Then I found out I could order just the little button by itself. I pulled off the old broken one and slowly snapped on the new one and whala!!! Worked perfect. The auto up and down. OMG and only a few bucks!!! Soooo worth it…

I never received the switch button covers. I ended up having the Mercedes Benz dealership replace the original switch with this one on our 2011 Mercedes Benz E63 AMG driver's side door panel. It fit perfectly and works just like the original. I recommend trying to get the buttons first and try to replace them as a DIY project. If all else fails, a replacement switch can be found online.

These buttons were fairly easy to install using only a small flat blade screwdriver. That said, the icon on the buttons are not consistent in either brightness or alignment. It's hard to pick up in the picture but the lower-left button is considerably brighter than the rest and the upper two buttons are themselves aligned but the icons are not.

Was so excited when I received & installed these switches in my 2015 Mercedes C250 coupe! The original switches were starting to fade (thanks to South Florida heat & sunshine!), and I was worried I’d have to completely replace the entire mechanism, which is well over $100 for the piece itself, excluding installation. I didn’t know you could just replace the buttons themselves, so I decided to give these a try before I spent that kind of money, and I’m SO glad I did! I was worried they’d be lesser quality, or they wouldn’t work/look the same, but to my surprise I legitimately could not tell the difference between these switches and the original factory switches that came with the car (both in appearance and functionality). A word of caution however if you’re not very car savvy and/or are attempting to install these yourself. Make sure you’re installing the correct switch on the correct side. At first I thought/assumed both the left & right switches were exactly the same, and didn’t matter which button you put where (since there’s just a left and a right in coupes). When I first installed them, I noticed that the left switch (driver’s window) would have to be pushed down considerably harder than normal to successfully activate the auto/one-touch down function to open the window, and also needed to be pulled harder to do the same when closing the window. It wasn’t until I removed them and looked at the underside of the switches, that I realized there was an EXTREMELY slight and minor difference between them. Once I switched/swapped their placements with each other, they worked absolutely perfectly, just like the originals. Therefore, that was a mistake completely on my end and had nothing to do with the switches themselves. With all that being said, I would most definitely give these a 5/5 rating, considering how they saved me quite a bit of time & money, as well as how great quality they are, being EXACTLY the same in every way to the original factory switches. Will definitely be buying again once/if my passenger-side buttons begin to wear as well! Cannot say enough positives about these :)

So happy did a quick replacement, followed the video and in seconds my switch was operating like it came originally with car. Can open and close my windows with an easy fix

Window Switches have just arrived and have just fitted them in my car. Very straight forward installing and I’m very impressed by the look of them, they look very much like the original Mercedes window switches. These ones are better made as well. Easy click in installation. Fits perfectly, you wouldn't know it was an aftermarket replacement. I wouldn't be able to tell the difference!
