I contemplated returning this for a few days. BUT I didn't. Here's why... The product description is vague. I had questions about the size and thread pitch of the plugs in the side of the pan. I called Moroso they gave me incorrect information! These plugs are drain plugs, they are STRAIGHT thread, not NTP. Why is this important you might ask? Well I wanted to turn one into a transmission temperature sensor, for that you need an NTP thread. So long story short I took this pretty expensive transmission pan, drilled a hole in it and added a THIRD weld in bung to run my transmission temperature sensor in. Its a great pan NOW, but i was pretty disappointed in Moroso for telling me it was NTP thread when it was straight thread plugs. I rate it 4 stars would have been 5 stars if they used NTP on their drain plugs.
