The motor mounts are good, no idea on the headers yet. Frustrating that there is no 4WD with manual transmission option on any of the kits out there. The drain plug touches the transmission as seen in the picture, leaving no room for the clutch cylinder and no possibility of an oil change in the future. Going to have to cut it off and weld a new one somewhere else. Other than that it's gone together nicely so far.

I purchased this kit for my V8 swap in 99 Blazer. It clearly says it will work on my application. However after testing to see if it would fit correctly which it does wuth exception of oil pan. The dipstick location is on wrong side. I have a 79 GM block so this should be the correct kit and says it will fit in the description, so I began reassembly and thats when I seen that oil dip stick tube was on driver side instead of passenger. I asked if it would be a problem to exchange and all went well until I seen that they were gonna send me the ecact same kit again which does not help me. Why would I want the exact same thing again. The kit does work except for that one problem. A simple pan exchange is all that is needed but they will not do that. A refund is all they can or will do and that doesn't help either. They offer the pan that is needed seperatly but will not do the exchange. Don't bother trying to contact Trans Dapt. They were of no help what so ever.
