Definitely don’t need to cut off button. If you follow instructions, loop back one more time to secure and prevent slipping. Works perfectly.

Works well. It does effect the amount of adjustability you have as I run out of strap before the helmet is completely tight, but it gets tight enough.

Put this on my Bell helmet. If you pull on the strap after it's buckled it pops loose.

It works good but I couldn’t get it close enough to feel secure under my chin so I took it back off of my helmet.
