A PLASTIC LOCK??? I bought the black one because it was cheaper, and because it's only a short term need. Well, growing up, my father always told me, "you pay ****, you get ****"... If I didn't plan on returning this garbage, I'd make a video of myself breaking it open with a screw driver.

Pros-•It appears to be made from decent enough quality metal, it actually has some real weight to it.• appears to have a nice looking anodized coating.•packaged quite nicely inside the box.•came with three sets of keys.•fit my maxi scooter brake and throttle (2006 Honda Reflex)with no rubber shims needed.Cons-•Sounds more like 110-120 decibels max.•came in a beat up box written entirely in what appears to be Chinese characters and broken english.•Annoying bespoke charging cable means it's a paper weight when the charging port/cable dies.-Overall I'm pleased with my purchase. You never know with some of these iffy looking Amazon listings, but this one appears to be a decent bargain for the price, with just the right corners cut to keep the price low.

No it seems fine but it is made of plastic so I'm not sure how it will hold put with a hammer impact we may hafto do a review on youtube about the durability but great product

t's not worth the money. It's made of cheap plastic. The alarm has almost no volume.

Like the sturdiness and higher loudness 130 decibel alarm. Dislike the cheap Phillips head bolt on battery plate; easily strips.

Used it for my Yamaha FJR 1300. The alarm is nowhere near 110db and it goes off when you put the key in to remove it. I lost the keys so it took exactly 4 seconds to prize it apart and turn off the alarm. Binned the pieces.

So hard to close, you have to squeeze together with great strength just to press lock button. Bad design.

Very good idea. The lock is not fluent. The battery place is a mystery. Little instruction or picture would go a long way.
