I bought 2 heavy duty ones for my main cameras, but got these as back-up or for other crew members…as rain is predicted for an upcoming shoot. Filming may get postponed, but in case it doesn’t my gear will be protected.

This is an excellent raincoat for my camera. Purchased it for a trip to Mexico and took out on several nature photo shoots. It fit great over my longest lens and tripod, giving me great confidence in working in the rain. The material is thin enough that I could use the controls on my camera (even the touchscreen) without having to reach my wet hands under the hood. Highly recommend these as an inexpensive, lightweight, easy to pack and carry solution for inclement weather photography.

We never got to use these for a scheduled company event as intended because they arrived 2 days late causing our camera crew to be unable to take pictures outdoors as intended but we decided to hang onto them for a rainy day!

These are great to store in your camera bag for a rainy day (sorry about the pun). I put a couple in both my camera bags, sure enough, just last week, I was out shooting and it started to rain. These slip on easily and do the job.I got wet, the camera and lens stayed dry. Once I got home, I took the rain sleeve off and let it dry then folded it up and put in back in the camera bag.Well worth the price, especially for the peace of mind.

I’m a full time Wedding Photographer - I keep two camera bodies on me at all times (via a leather shoulder harnesss) so the value here was incredible. One purchase was good for both myself and my second shooter. Overall, the bags are great. We used a small pair of scissors to cut out a hole for our viewfinders, which we secured with our eyepieces and that worked like a charm - and we set off for a rainy wedding day. My only complaint is that the bags are a tad flimsy - we expected torrential rains and we sealed our bags around the harness by tying strings around the leather straps, effectively closing off the bags so that no water could get in while the camera bodies lay upside down at my side - leaving enough room for controls to be accessed through the bags. This worked, but within a few hours of shooting this way, the dial on my camera made a small hole in the bag. This is pretty much a user error as I know that these are made for your hands to go in as well, but if you’re using a shoulder harness that just isn’t going to work and we absolutely had to seal the bags. Overall, I will buy again and I’d recommend them, but if you’re shooting in torrential rain you may consider buying 10 of these rather than 5, as they’re very prone to holes and damage if you have to use them in a similar way.

I used these of my 70-200 and 100-400 Sony lenses. A lot bigger than I needed.The string system at the front only works sometimes, not for extensive use. If you are a sports photographer and move around a lot, I'd recommend spending the extra money and getting the think tank full coverage options.

Easy to use and storage. Bags fit into my vest pocket. The bags fit all our cameras. Definitely kept our units dry in the pouring down rain. Nice to have on hand.

Ho comprato il prodotto per proteggere la mia reflex da qualche goccia dinpioggia durante le mie escursioni in montagna. L'ho usato per visitare delle cascate. È veramente impermeabile visto che la quantità di acqua che ci è caduta sopra è stata ben più di qualche goccia. L'ho usato solo una volta ma sembra avere una buona durabilità ed è abbastanza comodo anche se a volte sembra un po' troppo voluminoso. Consigliatissimo

This isn't a replacement for an expensive camera cover ... but it's not supposed to be - it's perfect if you're on a tight budget and rarely need to protect your kit from the elements.
