This thing is a piece of crap! I am so frustrated with these companies that take simple products and think that it is ok to deliver them without working instructions. And then if you go to their web-site there is so much you can't find any help either. Of course the model number for this product isn't there so you start guessing what to download. And then God Help you when you try to download some software that wants to take over your whole PC and load C++ etc on it. I even somehow got a DOS box utility of theirs, but of course there is no explanation for that either. Wow...I don't understand how this product is ever used.
