These are stainless steel which won't rust and they are shiny. They fit my 1/4" pegboard perfectly and are at correct angle. They hold 150 huge spools of embroidery thread securely. For my needs they are perfect.

Beware, the 2†hooks are really cute tiny 1†hooks. The 2†is measured from back of claw to tip of bent edge, leaving 1†of hanging space. They are of good quality but will not work for my jewelry display needs. I returned mine and purchased 2†from a different vendor that measures 2†hanging run. Hope this helps you.
