I am a quadriplegic and when I sleep on my side, I cannot move all night, which has caused sores on my ears. I am so glad to have discovered this pillow. I like the option to reduce its height by removing the foam, but actually have left it in, and place it on top of a regular pillow to be high enough to support my neck. I wish the whole for the ear was slightly larger, but when I position it just right, it is perfect. Comfortable, firm, and no more sores on my ears. Hallelujah.

Wonderful Pillow! Using this pillow has alleviated the pain at the edge of my ear. It's so comfortable that I am still using it nightly. I sleep on the side where the hole in the middle is covered. This side provides more support but still with the ease of pressure on the ear. The cover is easily removable and washable.

This pillow would be perfection if they provided 4 pieces verses 3... the primary piece was still too thick.. so I am using the two thin layers... its working for me okay.. but truthfully, I could use one more thin layer to make it perfect. And how come they do not sell separate pillow covers??

The adjustable height works really well. The cover is easy to take on and off for washing.

Great for a newly pierced ear! Also great if you wear ear buds to sleep (so you can listen to a podcast or audio book.) Also also great if you wear ear plugs inside of your ears to bed (ear plugs can cause pain if you sleep on your ear.) great purchase for a number of reasons. Also the pillow is comfortable.

Glad it's adjustable, because I am very picky with pillows. When I first unrolled it, I could only find one layer to remove, but after letting it puff up for a few days, I found the third layer. So if you think it's not adjustable, let it fully expand and you'll be able to peel the foam apart more easily to add and remove height.I was constantly washing and air drying the one cover and needed a spare. Luckily, Blissbury sells spare pillow cases that fit.

It didn't work for me. Once I laid my head on the pillow with my ear in the hole the pillow compresses and my ear eventually made contact with the inside of the pillow hole, thus giving me ear pain in the morning.

It works well, but my eyes do get a little irritated being so smooshed by the pillow. Also the cover ripped after one wash so that's not great.I do like that you can adjust the height**Update, the company has amazing customer service, after writing my review they reached out.
