The installation was pretty easy just make sure you know the pin designation of each wire. Make a drawing or take a clear picture of the original location for reference.

Is it normal for the ignition to click into accessory and into off position when turning the key on this ignition? It takes a little bit of force to do so as well. Just worried that over time the will loosen the mounting nut do to the effort used to turn key.

My ignition went bad last year and I opted to replace it with one of those cheap no name ones because it was all I could find with the bullet style connectors. That was a mistake. It wasn't worth the 10 bucks it cost, so I'm back to fix this problem again already. This time I decided i would just change over to these spade connectors and get a proper ignition. I chose well. I prepped my wiring ahead of time and this took all of 2 minutes to install. Everything works perfectly. This is much more substantial and well built than the no name one I tried. It also has drain holes in case it gets wet, which seems like something they should all have.Go the job done. Seems very well made.
