I bought these in conjunction with 50 feet of same type of chain from same manufacturer/seller. I bought this stuff to make a chain kilt that I spray painted to look like metal chain. It worked out perfectly. I cut it into sections and had to attach the sections to the chain belt I made first. I used a hacksaw to cut into one side of the link and was able to snap them in to place without actually needing to use these links. I know they will be great to have if the chain ever breaks and I need to repair and I don't have a hack saw around!!

These makes new connections quick and easy and I got extra for repairs I purchased 3 packages of master link I've only needed16 comple links so I have a spare package of 20pc.

I would have given the chain a better rating but the links came to me in such a way that they do NOT fit well together. It was what it was. I no longer have the defective item.

Great for linking plastic barrier chain. Each link is the same length as 2" chain but slightly wider by about 0.15 inches. Not as strong as the linked chain but, then again, it is plastic. Can be snapped together by hand but using pliers makes it easier. Once together, can be pried apart carefully with a box cutter.Photo shows standard 2" plastic chain link on left with linking chain link on right.

Do not attempt to disassemble, they'll break! Purchased for light duty bungee cord extension. Appear to be reasonably durable. Not load bearing.
